Marcia lives in the central Ohio area with her husband and several feline friends. She received her Fine Arts degree from Miami University and is a Registered Nurse, Licensed Independent Social Worker and Reiki practitioner, all healing professions that have shaped her life and informed her art. She currently works full time as a painter and illustrator.
My artwork incorporates symbolic elements drawn from personal, mythic and archetypal imagery. Using symbols as psychic touchstones,
images emerge as visions from the soul.
Marcia's art and illustrations are widely collected and have won many awards. She has created covers
for books, magazines, and CD's and been published in
numerous calendars, oracle decks and datebooks.
